For a number of #ExVangelicals, the “grab them by the pussy” tape followed by their parents and communities saying it wasn’t a big deal was their breaking point with their conservative families and religion.
(It was in that second wave that I started writing, because there was a LOT of writing on Christian Reconstructionism, *some* on sedevacantist tradcaths, but almost *nothing* on MSoG-lineage Christian Nationalism *other* than from walkaways and #exvangelicals and I was sick of being gaslit)

It's gotten...worse since those corporate projections.
Most people (who were not #exvangelicals or otherwise experts in autocracies) were not quite expecting the Dysadministration to do an actual speed-run towards dictatorship, including a *de facto* legislative coup.

And this is *not* really the kind of thing you want to learn that the #exvangelicals were right via the "burn your hand on a hot stove" method. J6 and the first Dysadministration WERE the burning of the hand on a hot stove that should have taught people it was a bad idea to touch the stove!

I used to be an evangelical.
