My youngest granddaughter (3rd grade) could read circles around him in SECOND grade!
She’s actually read more books from cover to cover since kindergarten, than that witless wonder ever will in his entire lifetime.
I seriously mute any & all devices when he is reading/speaking.

Two pieces of wrapping paper laid out one on top of the other, showing the TORN edges where my Dad clearly couldn't be bothered to get some scissors. There are some green handled IKEA scissors visible in the picture because I had some last-minute wrapping to do, and obviously have higher standards than the man who gave me life. The bottom wrapping paper has a red background with stars & cartoon dinosaurs on it, saying "Have a Roar-some Christmas", the one on top is plain, brown parcel paper. Yes, I bought the red paper; no I did not have any presents to wrap for children.

I see my father went with the 'Rustic' approach to wrapping presents this year.

Coming from PHP, I've def become a fan of brackets and even the semi-colons.

This first statement (which needs a wrapping closing tag), has multiple lines of JSX looking like HTML, and no wrapping characters, is anxiety inducing. I much prefer the latter. #jsx #react #javascript #php #eyetwitch
