Folllowing @oceanographer.bsky.social's idea I used the data from my simulation (still #FESOM2 but 10km this time) to explore the flames of the frozen ocean. 🧊 🔥

Ocean eddies interact with sea ice, causing the ice edge to resemble flames, so I decided to use a matching colormap :-) You need a high-resolution model to observe these effects-this one has a 3 km resolution. #SciArt 🐡 🧪 #FESOM2
