A strangely dressed man walking away from the camera. He is wearing a multicoloured flower? patterned waistcoat over a black shirt, but they most striking thing is his hat. It consists of a 3-4 foot tall pillar covered in flattering short tatters of many different colours, and is topped by what looks like a black steam whistle, but with a small bell swinging in the window. The whole thing is mounted on a brass colander, and the man is having to pull on the strings attached to the colander's handles in order to keep it in place on his head
