Now I monitor my heartrate to reduce overexertion, now I'm working part-time and attending the #NuffieldHealth gym, my #visible_health #FUNCAP27 score has remained over 5

Looks like I've stabilised at 5.4 on the #FUNCAP27 scale 🙏
I was at 4.7 exactly one year ago.
As the #VisibleHealth app says, my Functional Capacity is lower than a healthy person's score of 6.0, but I can manage pretty much everything now - in moderation...
