Very RESTFUL day

NINETEEN Pacepoints behind today's #VisibleHealth Pacesetter

And well-within my Movement limits too.

Today is one of the days when my #VisibleHealth armband comes into its own - I feel absolutely fine and ready to rock and roll, but have a very low Stability score, so unless I keep myself in check today I will set myself up for a big crash in 3-7 days' time.

A cheeky 30-minutes of gardening (moving some heavy plant pots and emptying some of them).

Whilst my partner does most of our gardening, despite my #LongCovid I am still very strong, so I do the heavy-lifting.

But only for a few minutes at a time, as my #VisibleHealth heartrate data show ๐Ÿ‘‡

It's 4pm and, as usual, I've Rested for most of today (Saturday).

I've used just a third of today's #VisibleHealth PacePoints (3 out of 30) and yet I've used three-quarters of my #KiActiv 'Moderate Movement' budget for today ๐Ÿค”

It's beautifully sunny outside, so I'm heading out, stick-seat in hand.

Still RESTING all evening, for sure.

I really hope this continues.

LOVING the new #VisibleHealth graphics to further help me to watch my #pacing and to guide my further activities.

It's a rare Thursday afternoon and evening with no Parents' Evening and also no orchestra rehearsal, so I have an extra six hours to play with...

Done some painting. (DIY not hobby) Now absolutely cream crackered.

Having my elbows above my shoulders is absolutely knackering for me.

Probably doesn't help given how I've been the past few days.

But first coat (hoping that's enough) is done and seems ok.

From experience, this is a typical Parasympathetic Swing. If I'm not careful, I will easily over-exert today, as I will clock-up very few #VisibleHealth pacepoints, due to a ridiculously low Resting HR...
