Checking my #KiActiv smartwatch (movement) data for last Wednesday and Thursday, I exceeded my nominal '4000 calories' on both days - Only by a couple of hundred calories.

I reckon my body had a #ParasympatheticSwing reaponse yesterday (2 days on).
