The joke here is that its a Datafighter inspired by the Utauloid known as Kasane Teto. She was originally created as an April Fools Day joke but people liked her so much that she was given a voice bank via Utau. She is beloved by the Vocaloid/Utauloid community, with her popularity succeeding her initial introduction as a simple joke. Its also a double joke cuz there is no way that this could be an actual Datafighter

a tadpole pokemon that looks like a water droplet called Tadpuddle. in snow or hail conditions, it evolves into Snoad, a very round and stocky toad that's a pale icy blue and looks like a snowball or a chunk of ice. In rain or thunderstrom conditions, it evolves into Defrog, a lankier looking frog with cloud-like blobby patterns on its skin.
designed a fakemon that started with "the name snoad would be a funny name for an ice toad" and ended with me learning about Alaskan wood frogs, which survive the harsh winters by hibernating frozen!
