Cops refused to cite Douglas James Walker of Beaverton Oregon for leaving the lane and killing a pedestrian on a sidewalk. Was he friend or family of cops? Not a single transportation advocate called this out. It explains our car culture. Later my friend #FallonSmart killed..

The rebuild after her death left the street with the same safety concerns.
