Breast cancer affects 1:6 women in the UK. I’ve lost my left breast to it. I’m doing all I can to prevent the loss of the other. Establish a routine. Everyone.
I hope you all remember to regularly check your breasts/chests/pecs for lumps. #feelitonthefirst is a thing on Instagram but any time of the month that works for you is fine. The important thing is to get to know your body and be alert to anything unusual.
