Studies reveal that harassment and assault are alarmingly common, with marginalized groups—including women, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and people of color—facing disproportionate harm. Even more concerning, the majority of incidents go unreported, leaving these issues unaddressed and perpetuating unsafe conditions.
