Folktaleweek Day 6: Illusion

The legend of Rocamadour tells the story of a castle that is often shrouded in fog and illusion. Travelers can get lost in the corridors and staircases of the castle, unable to find their way out.

Deep in the cave, the two fairy tale kids face a big dragon-like monster. The shorter kid hides behind a rocky outcropping, holding the inkbrush which still sparkles with blue magic; the red ribbon has been torn. The dull, inky monster is charging a bright white version of the taller kid, sparkling with blue magic, which is standing on a page torn out of the book. Above the monster, the real taller kid jumps from the rocks, holding the book aloft - it has the other half of the red ribbon still attached. After a torn page, there is a picture of a CAGE with a strong padlock, all bright white and glowing with magic, ready to come down on the monster and trap it. A fancy scroll caption reads: "A clever ILLUSION fools the beast!"
