Picked up blood oranges a couple of days before the blood moon. It was so strange how that worked, but I felt closer to nature with my blood oranges on the day of the blood moon.

Beautiful vegetarian burritos here with quinoa, TVP chorizo (from tyberrymuch.com), roma tomato, jalapeño, avocado, black beans, colby cheese, yellow bell pepper, cilantro and escarole. I served them with an elote pasta salad (thecookingrecipes.com) using protein noodles 😋
