Four eggs, sautéed in olive oil with freshly-cracked sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, and dried parsley flakes, folded over and sandwiched between two thick slices of buttered, toasted, bakery-fresh country white bread, sitting on an unassuming white plate, on a dark blue placemat, on our dining room table.
