Dachshund #51. I'm drawing a dachshund every day until THE LISTENERS comes out on June 3rd.

Yesterday, someone asked me, do you even HAVE a dachshund. I have 7 dogs, statistically one should be a dachshund, but I don't. There's just the three in the book. And 50 on my desk.

Also of note is the value control throughout the piece. Notice that the darkest values are within the figures, giving them prominence over the horses where lighter shades are used.
