We buy a lot of last day of sale discount fruit/vegetables,
so we have a lot of vegetable bags
(the thin plastic bags).
We use those (cleaned) around our food
because they're easy to squeeze the air out of them.
THEN we put them in freezer bags.

As we receive another bag of freezer burned meat...

Air is NOT your friend.
If there is an air gap between your food and the freezer bag/container,
there is a HIGH likelihood it will become freezer burned.
Squeeze as much air out of the bag/container as possible.

It’s cold and rainy out so batch cooking some bolognese sauce for the freezer. Some for tonight too!

Courgette, carrots, peppers green and red and potatoes in a plastic clear container ready for freezer. 

Dressing was olive oil, soy sauce, whole grain mustard, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, honey and lemon juice. 
Superb 👌 
I did the Greek hack of putting the scrunched up wet baking paper over the top then foil tightly over the dish before baking for 35mins on 200°
Take cover off 10 mins before the end. 
Sweet and makes a great side or main.

Didn’t have any so made it veggie.
It’s really lovely. Freezing it for the Veggie who appreciates my cooking ❤️
