The lighthouse is no longer in use, but is clearly visible even in low light because the new lighthouse, behind the viewer, is shining its light on it. A layered display of Northern lights, with spikes streaking up into the sky where a faint band of purple light is also visible. The Garður lighthouse is located on the Reykjanes Peninsula near the Keflavik airport on Iceland.
