Only managed to do 4 out of my intended 5 Tabata intervals with my battle ropes before my (admittedly cheap) carabiner broke. Still managed to do my mobility drills, flexibility work & 200 pushups (8 x 25). So, not a total loss. By the way: Pushing 60 is NOT FOR SISSIES! #olderfitness #genxfitness
