A photo of the gas giant planet Jupiter in our solar system, showing it's bold cloud bands circling the planet. The brighter and darkest cloud bands are close to it's equator, with a dark band both above and below the equator. And on the big planets lower left is the big oval storm, the Great Red Spot! The cloud bands are light and dark colors of orange, while the lighter areas are a cream color. More densely populated cloud bands are toward either pole, and not as dark as the equatorial ones. To the far left are two bright points, which are two of the giant planets for main moons, Io closer to the planet, and Europa farther away.
#BlueSkyArtShow is prompting #Round today. So this is sort of round! #Jupiter when conditions were really great here. (10/2022, usually conditions are much less stable than that evening!) Also featuring Io, and Europa!
