There are a lot of ugly people at the gym today… and I don’t mean physically.
Zero etiquette. Zero hygiene. Zero self-awareness.
Nothing kills a workout faster than vibes that are gross & inconsiderate.
Defeats the whole mental reset part.

I hate it when people be setting up a whole recording studio in a gym. They don’t even ask the person working out next to them for permission to record them. I get it, make your coin, but be fucking mindful. #gymrant

Nothing grinds my gears more than people who wait for the machine you are on. Especially, when a similar machine is right next to you and not in use.
Starting to get really annoyed with groups of guys taking over corners of the gym so no-one else can use that bit of equipment... #gymrant
