How to reduce video size using AV1 video codec
My backup storage is almost full. So, I'm thinking transcode my videos from H265 to newer AV1 video codec could help my problem.

Jetzt musste ich doch tatsächlich #h265 nachinstallieren bei #Fedora 🙈
#Rpmfusion ließ sich aber relativ einfach installieren. Und danach die passenden GStreamer Pakete im Softwarecenter.

the best codec for this platform at this time is X264
all of the others resulted in worse results
2 pass
bitrate average between 5 and 6Mbps
max rate 10 Mbps
audio 320 cbr
rest is flex
