That's unfortunately not correct.
While we're lining pipes slowly, the gold standard is removal.
Also, you can't detect what you don't test for, and the @cityofregina.bsky.social does not adequately test for Asbestos. W5 proved it with 1 test.

Drinking it. People in western Canadian cities, (and many other towns and locations) drink it instead. They wash their clothes in it. His imagination isn't stretched, it's already happened.
