I'm going to make a more fun post on twit later but 6k complete! Second year doing the run with my dog. Was a little worried doing it this year with her as she's getting older and having a bit more trouble with long walks, but she toughed it out.

Second year in a row l've done Hongjoong's 6k and I'm definitely fitter than last year. I did exactly the same route and it felt easier, I did it faster, and I only needed one 5 minute break instead of two 10 minute breaks 🦾
