Correct. #BallotProff software is an image modification software. It revises or wholly replaces the scans of Cast Ballot Images with whatever the programmer sees fit. #HandMarkedPaperBallots, if counted, will no longer match the CVRs (Cast Vote Records) which are "official" images of the ballot.
