The middle of this bridge is my turn-around spot for my now twice-weekly run. It’s a big deal for me - 9 years post-cycling accident and cervical spine surgery. I feel like an eight year-old every time I reach the bridge, instead of a 60-something with fragile bones. The exhilaration is delightful!
This week’s bridge run - feisty skies and wind, muddy churned-up waters. But the old gal runs and it is joy-filled!
