Yes, your body may hold trauma but you know what it also holds? Medicine. Wisdom. Guidance. It has an innate intelligence to heal. It has a beautiful ability to find resilience even amongst pain. It has a unique way of using our voice, breath, movement or sound to regulate us. It has a rhythmic cycle that synchronizes with nature. It has an organic system hardwired to protect us. So yes, the body can hold trauma and pain, but let's not forget that it also holds our greatest medicine.
