This spoke to me because my school district is facing another fiscal cliff (thanks #HealthNewEngland for the second 16% rate hike for my city in as many years). Is the solution a 4-day work week? MA schools looks great on paper but we are desperate.

Last year the town had to absorb a 16% increase, about $1.5mil, and that's happening again with another 16.5% increase from #HealthNewEngland
The mayor just proposed shutting down our middle school and sending 2 grades to elementary buildings and 1 grade to the high school.

My #HealthNewEngland insurance - I need to have used insulin within 365 days, in order to cover my diabetes sensors.
Stupid, arbitrary rule.
(I can’t do finger sticks because my gloved hands are in biohazards all day long.)
So I pay $150/month even tho I already met my $7,800 OOP for the year.

My cholesterol injection is $700 a month for the 2 shots, through #Optumrx, the PBM used by #HealthNewEngland.
They don’t accept coupons.
Using a different pharmacy, who takes coupons, I am paying $5.
For the same med !

I’ve been diabetic for 15 years. I need to use arm glucose sensors, because in my work I have my gloved hands inside biohazards all day, so it’s not smart to do finger sticks.
#HealthNewEngland denies them, so I pay $157 a month and it doesn’t even go toward my $7,800 out of pocket expense.
