OptumRx charged me $2,700 for 3 months of Mounjaro. WITH prior approval from Health New England insurance which took 3 months of fighting to get!
Now I get Mounjaro through my local hospital’s specialty pharmacy for $50 for 3 months.

Thanks, @expressscripts.bsky.social , for clogging up my inbox with this nonsense. Because getting accidentally pregnant isn’t good for depression, either.

I so hear you!
#OptumRx denies my continuous glucose monitor, also, so I’m paying $150 a month even though I had met my $7,800 out of pocket. They charged me $2,700 for 3 months of Mounjaro, (which costs $250 a month in Europe).
And we pay $2,100 a month for this insurance!

My cholesterol injection is $700 a month for the 2 shots, through #Optumrx, the PBM used by #HealthNewEngland.
They don’t accept coupons.
Using a different pharmacy, who takes coupons, I am paying $5.
For the same med !

The rest of my meds are cheaper from @CostPlus pharmacy.
