University of Florida update: Florida Tutoring Advantage pilot showed gains; program to scale with outcomes-based contracts Jeannie Wise of UF’s Lastinger Center told the House subcommittee the Florida Tutoring Advantage pilot served about 3,500 K–5 students and found participating students scored roughly 11 scale-score points higher in math and 10 points higher in reading on end-of-year progress monitoring; the program now aims to serve about 80,000 K–5 students statewide with outcomes-based vendor contracts.

The Florida Tutoring Advantage pilot has proven its impact, with participating K–5 students achieving notable gains in math and reading—now it's set to expand its reach to 80,000 students statewide!
