अजमेर शरीफ दरगाह विवाद: केंद्र सरकार के हलफनामे से हिंदू पक्ष को झटका, अगली सुनवाई 31 मई को Ajmer Sharif Dargah Case: राजस्थान के अजमेर में ख्वाजा मोइनुद्दीन चिश्ती की विश्व प्रसिद्ध दरगाह से जुड़े विवाद में नया मोड़ आया है। हिंदू सेना द्वारा दरगाह को शिव मंदिर घोषित करने की मांग वाली याचिका पर 19 अप्रैल 2025 को अजमेर जिला अदालत में सुनवाई हुई। इस दौरान केंद्र सरकार ने हलफनामा दाखिल कर याचिका को खारिज करने की सिफारिश की, जिससे हिंदू पक्ष को करारा झटका लगा है। मामले की अगली सुनवाई अब 31 मई 2025 को होगी। केंद्र सरकार का हलफनामा: याचिका में खामियां केंद्र सरकार के अल्पसंख्यक कार्य मंत्रालय ने अपनी प्रतिक्रिया में याचिका की वैधानिकता पर सवाल उठाए। मंत्रालय ने तर्क दिया कि हिंदू सेना के अध्यक्ष विष्णु गुप्ता द्वारा दायर याचिका में कोई ठोस आधार नहीं है और इसे सुनवाई के योग्य नहीं माना जा सकता। हलफनामे में कहा गया कि याचिका में भारत संघ को पक्षकार नहीं बनाया गया, और अंग्रेजी में दायर दस्तावेज का हिंदी अनुवाद भी गलतियों से भरा है। इसके अलावा, 27 नवंबर 2024 को हुई सुनवाई में विपक्षी पक्षों को अपनी बात रखने का पर्याप्त अवसर नहीं दिया गया। मंत्रालय ने इन कमियों के आधार पर याचिका को खारिज करने की मांग की।
