As classic fans of #HomeAlone 1 & 2 (not 3 & 4), we were very hesitant to watch #HomeSweetHomeAlone... and...sorry internet, controversial take: It is not that bad at all. It has given us what we expected from a good remake.

I know you watched it last year, but I only just caught #HomeSweetHomeAlone and, what a shame - whoever decided Aisling Bea plays british, for SHAME. And I think it works if the kid is terrified (while not understanding the motives) of the robbers. But if the kid is smug, then none of it works 😬
