Thornton council backs posting park hours, delays camping ban after debate City staff proposed code changes to extend park closure hours and prohibit tents and other structures in parks. Council directed staff to post hours and retitle a code section but declined to adopt a citywide camping prohibition until more data on safe-parking options is presented April 21.
