After losing my Violet Mead, I take solace in the fact I've bottled my Blueberry Cinnamon and Earl Grey Moonlight Meads, after a bit of aging, I think they will be even better.

Its been two weeks, so it was time to rack off my pumpkin mead to clean out the bits & chunks, then add in some whole spices. It’s a hefty 15% abv right now, but has a bit more sweetness than I was expecting! Another week or so and I’ll bottle.
