In addition to #phytomancy I also dabble a bit of zymergy! (Fermentation magic) This is my all #WA ingredient apple #mead or a cyser. The junk at the bottom is the result of my experiment with clearing agents. I’m backsweetening it today and bottling it for long term aging this weekend.
