Thought Gus McCarthy looked phenomenal. If I was Humphrey's I'd be getting him out of Leinster and onto a senior contract with one of the other province's ASAP. Parents are from Cork so Munster would make sense. Probably grew up supporting Munster.

That is the kind of result I'd expect against Fiji right now. A very new team in lots of positions and no real tried combinations still put more than 50 points on a top 10 side. Job done, now let's keep that penalty count for the Australia game. #IREvFIJ

Talking point. Leinster basically didn't produce an international hooker between Shane Byrne and Ronan Kelleher. It just wasnt in the club DNA. Gus was great today, he's not fifth choice at leinster anymore, but Cullen is going to have make a choice. #rugby #IrevFij #irfu #irishrugby
