Kabayama Sukenori 樺山 資紀 was the second person to head the #NavyMinistry. Born in 1837, he joined the new #ImperialJapaneseArmy in 1871 as a Major, a credit to his previous combat experience in the #BoshinWar. He was head of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police from 1881 to 1882. 1/4
