Iné begins to explain, “Well, I've tried talking about my kinks before, but...” The scene cuts to a flashback 2 years in the past. Iné is telling her then-partner about some sexual things she wants to experience. Her unnamed ex-partner appears confused and slightly disturbed. Hardly taking attention from his phone, he asks Iné, “...what are you, a DOG? That sounds so fuckin' STUPID.” Taken aback at the sudden insult, Iné asks, “Hold on, WHAT now?” Her ex-partner laughs her off, walking away. “Don't get all pissy, I'm just saying! Maybe we can go to the vet and get you fixed! That way you quit acting like you're in heat!” The flashback ends, and Iné finishes explaining. “The relationship already wasn't good, and that was the last straw. I left him. But I started to wonder if….. maybe he had a point? Was it stupid?” (By the way, the kink past Iné was talking about in her flashback isn’t the ‘licking’ thing.)
Iné returns to wringing her ponytail. The way her first relationship ended is already a touchy subject, and it looks to her like the exact same thing could happen with Brook. She tries (though she’s failing) to keep herself calm and says, “My relationship with you genuinely makes me happy, and I'm so afraid I'll mess it up...” Iné has a bad habit of apologizing every time she’s overwhelmed, even when her emotions are entirely justified. “I just... I'm sorry, I'm being dramatic. This isn't your fault- “*sigh* Iné, come here.” Brook interrupts. He pulls her into a hug. “You can’t keep downplaying all your feelings as ‘being dramatic.’ Plus, you're not gonna scare me off with a kink so MELLOW. You like being licked on, so what? I. Eat. Ass. Your kink isn't that weird.” Iné thinks about Brook’s words for a bit. She finally responds,”Ew. Dats nasty.” Brook is surprised by that response for multiple reasons. The main one being, “You gave me PERMISSION to do it! TO YOU! Several times!” To clarify, Iné is joking when she says “Ew,” there. Brook was able to make her feel better (she wouldn’t have been able to make a joke otherwise 🤣).

Out of view, Lumos asks Iné, “Iné, is your anxiety acting up again?” Iné appears to be mindlessly eating a taiyaki ice cream (Taiyaki=Fish Shaped Waffle) with a blank look on her face. She’s reaching for something out of view with her right hand. She quietly answers Lumos, “Mm-hm. How'd you know?”
It’s revealed that Iné was reaching for (and grabbing) Lumos’s arm. Lumos points this out (literally) when he worriedly deduces, “For starters: you always absent-mindedly grab at me when you're stressed... You're wearing Brook's shirt, and you've said our clothes comfort you... And I assume you're stress-eating, since otherwise you NEVER look sad while eating ice cream.” The note in the bottom corner reads: (Brook is their boyfriend, btw)
Lumos rests a hand on Iné’s shoulder. “What's got you so worked up, anyhow? Do you want to talk about it?” Iné lets Lumos have a bite of her ice cream as she thinks of a response. “I...can't. I'll start crying. I don't even know why l'm upset. Maybe later?” Iné has an anxiety disorder that can leave her drained and extremely stressed for no apparent reason. Since her anxious emotions build over time, she genuinely doesn’t know what may have been the catalyst for her current state.
Pulling Iné into a hug (being held helps Iné during her anxiety spikes), Lumos lays his face on Iné’s forehead. “That's alright. I don't want you to be alone right now, though... Want to watch me play violent video games for a while?” Iné, for whatever reason, enjoys watching Lumos play video games. “Mm-hm. I want a kiss first, though.” “Of course.” Lumos answers.
This entire comic is so precious to me☺️ I drew this as a big comfort piece in 2022 after passing bmt.
The ice cream Iné is eating is one I got to try IRL in California. It’s so GOOD.

Upon letting her inside, Lumos tells Iné, “Sorry to answer the door while still soaked. You're actually a little early. No worries, though. Make yourself at home...” Then, Lumos notices that Iné is flustered. “You alright, Ine?” Iné, blushing and fanning herself, answers, “Yeah, I'm good! It was uh, a little warm outside, that's all.”
Poor Iné🤣 Lumos suspects that Iné likes seeing him soaking wet.

I imagine that Brook is busy while Lumos is BADLY wanting to bottom, and Iné offered to try pegging him. After a hefty round of love bites and hickeys, Iné is getting ready. Really confused and concerned, Lumos asks, “Then how DOES it work? And what are these buttons for?” Iné blushes a bit. “I mean, I can show you if you want.”
“Try pressing one the buttons.” Iné says, out of view. Lumos attempts this a few times. “Nothing's happening.” Iné realizes her mistake and corrects herself, “My bad. I meant ‘press AND hold.’”
The vibrator begins buzzing in Lumos’s hand, making him blush instantly. Surprised, all he can say is “OH.” Iné responds, “Yep! Now hand me the vibrator. I've got an idea.”

Lumos is bleeding from Iné's bite, but is fondling one of his nipples and begging in his mind for Iné to peg him and choke him harder. (He actually asked her to bite him in the first place.)
