It was my first time seeing the main room of the venue seated, and oh, does it work a treat and many regulars of this venue even said so. Tommy had a very attentive audience who engaged at all the right times as we were just in awe of his performance and his presence. His guitar playing had us transfixed, and his gravely tone of voice was a dream. It sure was the perfect way to kick off a week of celebrations.A perfect example to always #SupportTheSupportMoments like this when I go to witness the undiscovered of the headliner who brings along a support act I know of but rarely see, definitely brings me joy in being the North East Venue Rep for Independent Venue Week esp when I get to work with brilliant people like Ross and Rob at the venue. This night, I was also joined by long-term IVW volunteer Dave and first timer Nicola. What a dream team of an opening night💫
