Earlier this week, Caroline LaPorte (ILRC Staff Attorney) and Ermeto Tuesta (ILRC Field Evaluation Coordinator) led workshops in partnership with ORPIO. This training is part of the second edition of a program in leadership, human rights, and territorial mapping.
