4 diced chicken breasts, 1 jar of Trader Joe's Creamy Autumnal Pasta Sauce, 1.5/2 T Garam Masala to taste, garlic salt and pepper (to taste) on insta meat. OMG. I put over spaghetti squash, but rice would be best. Serves 4.
Cowboy coffee, farm fresh eggs, and last nightโs #Instapot blueberry corn bread. The โair you can wearโ is winding down tomorrow. Thank goodness!

Sliced hard-boiled eggs marinaded overnight in soy sauce & white vinegar make for a simple Asian-inspired treat. A one-pint Mason jar should hold a half dozen shelled hard-boiled eggs. 1C soy sauce, 1C white vinegar works; feel free to experiment.

Sorry I don't use that compute method because the beauty of steam is heat and it kills the pathogens. always process in a steam canner 90 mins MINIMUM on all sizes. this is why the #Instapot works flawlessly. none of this craziness of poundage. hope this helps. I'd say call the canner company to ask
