Start #IOP at #CedarHillsTreamentCenter #Branches this morning. 5 days a week 11AM-3PM. Wish me luck. It will be an intense couple of weeks but I need this. At a certain point you have to love yourself enough to do whatever is necessary to clean it up. #Rehab #Recovery #PDX

Two weeks #sober. Signed up with #BridgesToChange for #IOP. In #SmartRecovery meetings. Hitting that #gym 3-5x a week. I got no time for #BadHabits, #drama, or people who aren't on my level or higher trying to live a #healthy, #happy, and #sober life.
I know Im doing all the right things. Im in #IOP with #BridgestoChange. Im in regular #counseling & have a psych & take psych meds. I pray every day twice a day at least. Still living with #ChronicPain, #CPTSD, #MDD, #ADHD, & #OCD, the #trauma & without #friends or a strong support system is hard.
