It is hard to estimate the number of people in the room, but it is probably close to 1 million and likely the most people ever to watch a javascript focused conference talk. That last line was a joke. Sorry if you are hearing this through a screen reader. In reality, the room is like a small movie theater which is about 70% full.

Really enjoying attending the #reactsummitus and #jsnationus conferences remotely this week! Never underestimate the power of taking a week to focus on learning new things.

[Day 1] Afternoon wrap up:
- Svelte promises to remove some “magic” in v6
- Signals are being considered in the JavaScript language (TC39 - phase 1)
- There are ways for you to deliver feedback without being an asshole
- Keeping track of all the new additions to JS is a full-time job
