Una chawan in ceramica Hagi-yaki del Maestro Seigan Yamane, dove le sfumature di bianco avorio e le venature aranciate raccontano la storia di una terra antica. La superficie, leggermente irregolare e segnata dal fuoco del forno, mostra le tipiche crepe (kan’nyū) che si riempiono col tempo dei tannini del tè, regalando a ogni pezzo una patina unica. La luce morbida evidenzia la texture grezza e naturale della ceramica, simbolo della filosofia wabi-sabi: la bellezza nell’imperfezione e nel passare del tempo.
Una chawan in ceramica Hagi-yaki, dal design essenziale e dalle sfumature naturali che vanno dal bianco avorio alle macchie aranciate e grigie, tipiche della cottura in forno a legna. La superficie, leggermente irregolare e segnata da sottili venature, racconta la storia di un oggetto nato per la cerimonia del tè, dove ogni imperfezione è celebrazione del wabi-sabi. Il piede scuro e grezzo contrasta con la delicatezza del corpo, mentre la forma ampia e bassa è pensata per accogliere il matcha e favorire la meditazione durante il rituale. La luce morbida evidenzia la texture naturale della ceramica, che con il tempo si arricchirà delle tracce del tè, rendendo ogni pezzo unico e personale.
Il fondo di una chawan Hagi-yaki firmata dal Maestro Seigan Yamane, dove il marchio inciso a mano — un sigillo circolare con caratteri giapponesi — certifica l’autenticità e la maestria artigianale. La ceramica, con le sue tonalità grigio-perla e le macchie arancioni dovute alla cottura in forno a legna, mostra i segni del processo tradizionale che rende ogni pezzo unico. Le sottili irregolarità della superficie raccontano la storia di un oggetto nato per essere usato, amato e tramandato.
