Just finished a good PT session. Considering I've always been bad at bench presses (dodgy elbows + wrist (tendonitis), poor stability), I'm really chuffed to have blown past my personal best at 82kg (180lbs).

And then ended the session with 123 barbell lunges with 30kg on my back.
