A vibrant patch of purple and yellow Johnny jump-up flowers in full bloom, nestled in a garden bed with dried leaves and soil. The flowers, also known as heart's ease, display their distinctive tri-colored faces.
My sister raised these from seeds for me. She planted them in a container in the ground to keep them safe from gophers and the cold.
