The headline is a sore misread & misrepresentation of the ruling.

This was'nt a ruling on #birthrightCitizenship. It was a ruling on #JudicialVenue, seeking to staunch overuse of #NationalInjunctions by solo district judges.

It was a milquetoast ruling, changing no reading of the #Constitution.

This was not a ruling on #birthrightCitizenship in any way. It was a ruling on #JudicialVenue, seeking to end overuse of #NationalInjunction by solo district judges.

It was a milquetoast ruling w/ narrow scope.
