war nicht #justsad, ich war am Ende. Die Hilflosigkeit gegenüber allem hat mich fertig gemacht. Die Entscheidung zum Veganismus hat mir Kontrolle über Teile meines Lebens zurück gegeben und das Gefühl, eben doch selbst irgendwas tun zu können.
Ich musste trotzdem in Therapie, Medikamente nehmen⬇️

Schon irgendwie g'scheit sad, wenn höhere #Wertschätzung von #Achtsamkeit und #Empathie gegenüber Äußerlichkeiten als hassenswert empfunden werden. Aber naja: wir leben ja auch in ner Ellenbogen-Gesellschaft, in der #Gutmensch als Schimpfwort funktioniert. #justsad
