We went to go see the flowering trees. It was a nice walk! Today's weather was chilly and it softly snowed for a bit. Then, after traveling, we visited a new café.

Onion soup covered by a flakey bread layer. The soup had some cheese inside as well, which paired well with soup and bread. It was quite delicious!! I seldom have onion soup, so this was a treat.

A large brunch plate with sliced French toast sprinkled with powered sugar and syrup. There is a scoop of vanilla ice cream, sprinkled granola, sliced ham, sliced bananas, and sliced grapes. It was wonderful! I missed having brunch. Behind the platd are two cups of coffee. The blend was lovely!

A plate of chicken cream pasta. The sauce had a rich onion flavor throughout. Tender chicken thigh was placed on top of this dish coupled with some sprigs of what I think is arugula. It was fantastic!

Today @asmodette.bsky.social and I found a new brunch restaurant. We shared a set meal which comprised of a soup, brunch, pasta, and 2 coffees.
This find was a pleasant surprise~ It was nice having it when the weather felt pleasant. I was able to dress well today, too.

Today I tried eating at a new restaurant with @asmodette.bsky.social. The food we tried was so delicious and incredibly nostalgic!!

Since I was feeling somewhat ill, I didn’t have the energy to go out and buy a cake for myself. Thankfully, @asmodette.bsky.social procured me a slice of lemon pie for my birthday today. 🎉 I think this works!

Today for Christmas, @asmodette.bsky.social and I went outdoors. We bought some cookies from a Christmas market and then rested at a cafe after a long stroll along a river filled with lanterns. It was a nice peaceful day~
