I was close to leaving for a week long trip when she reached out. I didn't have time but she told how she wanted to do a nude shoot bc her ex-bf, a photog, wouldn't take nude pics or let anyone else, either. They had broken up & she wanted photos to feel better about herself. We agreed on a price (I asked her for $100, which is crazy), she asked if she could pay me afterwards - I said sure - she came over the next day. The shoot was not earth-shattering. She was nice & the pictures were fine. I edited & texted a week later. No reply. I reached out a half dozen times - nothing. My mistake for shooting before being paid and I let it go. SIX MONTHS LATER: a text from an unknown number: "I want my pics." Me: Who is this? Her: Sarah. We shot a little while ago. M: Who? H: June. I never got my pics. M: I reached out, etc. etc. And I never got paid. H: I hear you shoot other people for free. I'm not paying for those pics. M: Wha? I shoot SOME people TFP but almost NEVER with first-timers. H: Well my bf says blah blah blah M: I'm not your bf, and this is what we agreed on. H: I'm not paying. Give me my pics. M: ?? H: !!!! And I literally never heard from her again.

Sarah was standing on her head posing in different ways with her legs and arms. I was using a single light source overhead that gave these shots a fun shadowy profile. When she put her feet together like this, I asked permission to shoot this from overhead because I knew her torso wouldn't be seen, giving it a feeling that her legs were floating, suspended in place. I try not to be crude when taking photos like these, and since this was her first nude shoot and the first time we'd met, I wanted to be sure she wouldn't be weirded out by the POV. I'm thankful that she trusted me enough to let me get this shot (and that she came back 4 more times to shoot).

She was posing while standing on her head. I was shooting from the floor, but when she did this with her legs I asked permission to shoot from above. I love the floating aspect.

Korie and Justin are laying in bed naked. Korie is behind Justin with her head on his side.
