7 different versions of a picture. It's Seattle's First Hill Trolley, taken in low light at the end of the day.

First and last try--the original is all midrange grays, the last version has better contrast between light and dark areas.

it's early morning and still dark. there's a corner commercial building, built of brick, with lit up shop windows. there are some streetlights glowing in the fog. the street slopes downhill to the left. (this description reminds me of playing Colossal Caves)

the well illuminated 5th Avenue Theater. the "5th" rotates and right now it's backwards. "Avenue" is vertical, lit up, and bordered by hundreds of lightbulbs. the building itself has a looming tower. it's dark out but all the buildings are slightly visible in ambient light.

there's a building in the background which looks like a church without a steeple, but it's a hall for a local club. there is a traffic signal hanging from wires over the intersection. it's blurry because it was a longish exposure and it was windy.
